Game progress and preferences

Our games may store progress, scores, settings, and similar gameplay information locally on your device. Pixdify does not receive this information unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise.

Advertising information

Some Pixdify games use Google AdMob to show ads. Depending on your device, region, settings, and consent choices, Google and its partners may process information such as your device or advertising identifier, IP address, general location inferred from your IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic data. This information is used to deliver, limit, measure, and protect advertising.

Messages you send us

If you contact Pixdify, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address and message. We use it to respond and provide support.

Website data

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or account tracking. Our hosting provider may process standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and security logs, to deliver and protect the site.

Consent and your choices

Where required, our games use Google's consent tools before requesting personalised advertising. You can review available privacy choices in the game's settings, reset or limit your device advertising identifier, or manage advertising preferences through your Android and Google account settings. If you do not consent to personalised ads, you may still see contextual or non-personalised advertising.

How information is used

Information described in this policy may be used to:

• operate and maintain our games and website;
• save your progress and preferences on your device;
• deliver, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising;
• diagnose technical problems and protect our services; and
• reply to questions and support requests.

Pixdify does not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on the following providers to operate our games and website:

• Vercel — website hosting, delivery, reliability, and security. Learn more in Vercel's Privacy Policy.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Their processing may take place in countries other than the country where you live.

Retention and deletion

Locally stored game information remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations. Advertising and hosting providers apply their own retention practices.

Because Pixdify games currently do not require an account, we generally cannot identify or delete data held only on your device. You can delete that data through your device settings or by uninstalling the game. For a privacy request about information you sent directly to us, email info@pixdify.com.

Children's privacy

Pixdify's games are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us to make a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our games, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through this page or, where appropriate, in the relevant game.
